Cancellation and Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing with Coco Butter.

This policy applies in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

We understand that plans can change! Because our cakes and baked goods are freshly made to order, we adhere to the following cancellation and refund guidelines:

Cancellations Made More Than 48 Hours Before Delivery/Pickup:

• You are eligible for a full refund, minus a 2% payment processing fee.

Cancellations Made Between 24 to 48 Hours Before Delivery/Pickup:

• You are eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount paid.

How to Cancel:

To cancel an order, please contact us directly on our Instagram or Whatsapp with your order number. Cancellations are only official once confirmed by our team in writing or over the phone.

 

Refund Processing: 

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
